Honorlock only works on Google Chrome. Use the Minimum System requirements link below verify you have a compatible version. It may require updating before the extension can be installed.
Conflicting Extensions
If you have Proctorio or ProctorU installed in your browser these must be disabled to use Honorlock. Refer to Google's Guide on Disabling Extensions.
Honorlock may look like it installs but you will continue to get messages indicating it is required.
