Advanced Features in eSyllabus

What are the advanced features in eSyllabus?

Deans and department heads have the option to use advanced features in eSyllabus or designate others to have elevated access.

  • Primary Syllabi (Course Leads)
    • For courses that share the same syllabus structure of elements of a syllabus, e.g. Course Objectives, common assignments, etc. a Course lead may be designated.  Once the primary syllabus is completed it will copy into all sections of that course.
    • Review our Primary Syllabus Document for more information
  • Reporting
    • Reporting tools allow viewing of completion of tools, comparison of syllabi and bulk download of syllabi components.
  • Template Additions
    • Additional sections unique to a college or department can be added to the syllabus template.  Lead syllabi work in a similar fashion, but the addition will only impact that course.
    • Email [email protected] if you want additional sections added at the college level (deans only) or department level.  At this time we can not limit changes to the program level.
